Parsley Pesto - My new favorite!

         You may have heard me buzzing about about this new recipe of mine for Parsley Pesto on Instagram....well, Ive been talking about it non-stop for weeks and I can't get enough...You can add it to pasta...sweet potato pasta, rice, quinoa, kumut (as I did tonight)...the possibilities are endless....its a great alternative to regular Basil Pesto...and its cheaper to make! !--*Basil is expensive if its not in season*... Plus, Parlsey is considered one of the Healthiest Foods on EarthHeres my recipe:

Parsley Pesto
1 cup of roasted almonds
2 cups Italian parsley
3/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp sea salt
1/2 tsp pepper

Mix Above ingredients in a food processor....alter as desired 
Add to whatever you want...I mixed this recipe with 1 cup sliced mushrooms & 1 cup sliced cherry tomatoes with 2 1/2 cups prepared Kamut....So yummy!!!!!
