1-Jiffy Brand Pizza Box Mix (1 box will make 2 artisan style pizzas)
Toppings for the first Pizza:
1/2 of a package of Italian Sausage
1/2 cup- sliced pepperoni
1/2- small red onion
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup of sliced mushrooms
1/4 cup orange bell pepper
1/2 cup marinara sauce
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
Toppings for second pizza:
1 TBS minced garlic
2 TBS olive oil
1/2 cup arugula
3 slices of prosciutto
1 cup-Shaved parmesan cheese
Olive oil for coating foil
Rub a sheet of aluminum foil down with olive oil...set aside.
Prepare pizza crust mix as directed and separate into 2 dough balls.
On the aluminum foil, press each ball of dough out into a crust (it doesn't have to be perfect..you can make whatever shape you want)..(if the dough is sticking to your hands..rub some olive oil onto your hands and it should be easier.)
For the FIRST pizza..I just topped the pizza how you would a normal pizza...layering the toppings the way I like them..No big deal.
For the SECOND pizza..I mixed the garlic and olive oil together and brushed it over the pizza dough..i next topped it with all the parmesan cheese. (When it was 1 minute from being done on the grill, i quickly topped it with the prosciutto and then arugula.)
Place the pizza covered aluminum foil on a grated grill pan. Place on preheated grill. Grill 10 minutes or less...check on them every couple of minutes. We actually doubled this entire recipe because we were starving!!! These were seriously thebomb.com..and super easy to make...love love loved them. We will be making these a summer staple in our house.
