Baby Sprinkle Party

I have had a friend for many years by the name of Molly..Molly introduced me to my husband and also has the most wonderful little girl named, Coco...anyways..she is having her second baby now...and I decided to have a baby sprinkle for her...suprisingly a lot of people have asked me "what's a sprinkle?"....well..instead of a shower..its a sprinkle..more intimate and sweet.

I always have to set my table up special for every event I have...so here are some shots of it...

Do you like how it looks like the champagne is popping out of the bottle?...
Thank you Hobby Lobby for these fun pink swirly do-dads!

We had a "Baby Bubble Bar" for the event and since there were 2 ladies expecting at the party...I threw in my favorite sparkling water, La Croix for them to feel like they were having some of the bubbly...

I also made "Funfetti" cookies...which I had never done..it was SO easy! and I added a lil pink food coloring in for a fun look...they were honestly so good..I couldn't have bought better cookies at a bakery...heres the recipe..

1 package Funfetti Cake Mix
1/3 cup Vegetable Oil
2 large eggs
1 Container Cream Cheese Frosting
*optional* -Pink Food Color (or whatever color you want if you want them to even be a color)
Pearlescent Purple Sixlets (from walmart)

Heat oven to 375°F. Combine cake mix, 4-5 small drops of food coloring (more for deeper color..less for lighter color), oil and eggs in bowl.
Stir with spoon until mixed well.
Shape dough into 1-inch balls. Place 2-inches apart on ungreased cookie sheets.
Bake 6 to 8 minutes or until edges are light golden brown. Cool for a few minutes.. remove from cookie sheets.
Once cooled, frost cookies with cream cheese frosting.
Decorate with sprinkles or candies.

Here is a little pic of the guests at the sprinkle playing a baby themed version of the wondrous game "Headbands"
