Hot Sausage Breakfast Casserole
1 tube of "Hot" breakfast sausage (cooked in a skillet)
6 Eggs (beaten)
3 Green Onions (green part only, chopped)
2 cups Frozen Hashbrowns
1 1/2 Cups of Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
1/2 Cup Crumbled Feta Cheese
Preheat Oven to 385 degrees
Cook hashbrowns in olive oil until thoroughly cooked.
Spray cooking spray into bottom of an 8x8 baking dish. Pour hashbrowns into pan and spread to cover entire bottom of dish.
Cook sausage in a pan and break it up to create crumbles. Sprinkle sausage over hashbrowns
Pour beaten eggs over the sausage.
Sprinkle chopped green onions over eggs.
Cover with shredded cheese and sprinkle with crumbled feta.
Bake for 25 minutes.
