Christmas Peach Bellini

On Christmas morning every year I make a scrumptious breakfast and usually we have mimosa's. BUT this year I wanted to try something new. I have always wanted to try a peach bellini, yet I never have. This morning I experimented and the Christmas Peach Bellini was born. Here is the recipe I created. it was awesome.

One bag Frozen peaches (I wanted fresh but I believe they are out of season)
Peach Schnapps

Thaw frozen peaches

 Pulse whole bag of peaches in food processor until they are pureed
 Scoop out pureed peaches into a strainer and use a spoon or spatula to push the juice into a bowl underneath.

  Once all the peach juice is pressed out, discard the peach pulp. 

You should end up with a bowl of sweet, delicious peach juice. 

Scoop 1-2 tbs. of peach juice into champagne flutes.
Add a tsp. grenadine into the flute.
Add 2 tsp. of peach schnapps.
Fill with champagne.
